My sister leatha and I visited my brother Richard and his wife Marion in his home in Saint Palais sur mer, France. Unfortunately it was overcast pretty much the whole time we were in France.
I sketched these two Towers while waiting for my Brother to park our rental car in La Rochelle. The Tower on the right is called "tour de la chaine la rochelle" roughly translated , mean tower of the chain. They used to string a chain from the right tower to the left to keep ship out the the harbour.
